ABOUT OUR BUSINESS
Established in 1983, Pinkerton's is a small close-knit team where each event is as personal as possible for our clients from an intimate birthday dinner to a conference for 300. We love honest food, and good ingredients are the basis of all our cooking, that in turn makes our food shine for all events. Our chefs are highly trained, skilled and knowledgeable and all bring different skills to the table making us a creative and inspired team.We work closely with our front of house staff and involve them in our menu planning and extensive training for service to allow our food and services to stand out for your event.
